  • Be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  • Own a reliable, insured automobile for traveling to assignments.
  • Live within 12 miles of Atlanta/Vinings 30339.
  • Provide verifiable employment and personal character references.
  • Have access to the internet and a smartphone to receive calls, texts, and emails and respond promptly to pet care assignments.
  • Pass a nationwide criminal background check.

Available Roles

Dog Walkers | Cat Sitters | Overnight Pet Sitters
As a valued member of the Distinctive Petsitting team, you will take on a variety of responsibilities essential to the well-being of pets. These include:
  • Driving to pet-sitting assignments, regardless of the weather or time, to ensure you’re there when pets need you most—rain, shine, or darkness.
  • Providing detailed feeding routines tailored precisely to the needs of domestic dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens.
  • Delivering safe, consistent leash walks and exercising dogs while also taking on "duty calls" with poop scooping when needed.
  • Caring for cats with attentive feeding routines, litter box duties, and ensuring they have fresh water daily.
  • Offering genuine love, attention, and affection to family pets, ensuring their emotional well-being and comfort.
  • Managing light home care tasks, such as collecting mail, retrieving package deliveries, and discarding trash in outdoor receptacles, maintaining the home’s daily upkeep.
  • Keeping accurate and thorough records of your completed pet visits using our scheduling system to ensure accountability and precision in all tasks.
  • Maintaining constant and clear communication with colleagues to collaborate effectively and seeking assistance when faced with questions or challenges during assignments.
